What’s your return policy?

If you try any of our products & they don't twirl you in a whirlwind of SHEER DELIGHT, you can return them to the address below within 14 days from delivery to receive a refund. 

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable & pre-paid shipping labels are not provided.

Please write your order number clearly on the outside of your package.

ANOTHER OPTION - GIFT IT FORWARD:

First, know that you have EVERY right to receive a refund if you're not feeling it. AND - we’re SUPER fans of encouraging our JOY RIOTers to gift fragrances forward to friends because health & safety regulations are clear - returning your fragrance to us sends it straight to perfume heaven. 

On the flip side, gifting it forward allows the fragrance to live on & be a hit for someone you love – & we are about fostering a spirit of joy & generosity in our community!

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We’ll email you at the address used at checkout once your return has been processed. 

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund (typically 3–5 business days).

My order was unsuccessful, when will I be refunded?

If you get an email from us that says your order was unsuccessful or canceled, it’s unlikely that money was transferred out of your account. PHEW.

There IS a chance that an authorization occurred, BUT that’s just a temporary hold on the funds. No money’s been transferred. If this is the case, the hold will be lifted automatically within 48 hours.

NOTE: This could take longer to reflect with your bank. Def call them to gather more info.

What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?

Though our M.O. is always to amplify JOY in your world, we can’t refund your order to another card or payment method because we’re not money magicians. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refund checks. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we may issue store credit instead.

My refund amount is incorrect, what should I do?

First, check to make sure there were no discounts applied at the time of sale.

Otherwise, just reach out & let us know what you were refunded & what it should have been. And remember to provide screenshots!

Can I exchange my items?

ONLY for damaged items - you can either receive a replacement of the exact damaged items received OR receive a refund.

What if my item is damaged?

We require notice within 72 hours of delivery + photo proof.

Do you accept returns or exchanges purchased from one of your retail partners?

Negative, captain. If you purchased a JOY RIOT! product from one of our retail partners, follow that retailer’s return policy for refunds or exchanges.
